TICKETING POLICIES

 

Tickets and All-Access Passes are available for purchase from all participating Wegmans store locations.  Tickets can be purchased at Wegmans stores in advance, up to two hours prior to the scheduled show time.  Tickets may be purchased at the screening venue one hour prior to the show's start time.

 

Out of town visitors may send their ticket request via email to outoftowntickets@highfallsfilmfestival.  Email orders will be processed through Sunday, November 5, 2006.  Only credit card orders will be accepted via email.  Tickets purchased via email will be mailed to purchasers through October 30, 2006; all tickets bought after this date will be available at Will Call stations at the Little Theatre (back theater for all Little orders) and at the Dryden Theatre, beginning one hour before show time. You must bring the credit card with which you placed your order to confirm your identity and receive your tickets at the Will Call stations.

Same Day Tickets

Tickets will be available 1 hour before show time at the box office where the film is screening. Cash or credit cards are accepted at both screening locations. No checks accepted.

 

Sold Out/ Rush Tickets

Available 10 minutes prior to each screening or event at that venue’s box office. Rush tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis to people in the designated Rush line.

ALL ACCESS PASSES

Includes entry to all Festival films, events and parties: $150.00.  Vouchers for All-Access Passes are available at all participating Wegmans store locations; redeemable at Will Call tables located at both theatre venues.  As an added bonus, the first 50 purchasers of All-Access Passes will receive a voucher for a $50 Gift Certificate to Restaurant 2 Vine.  Vouchers for your complimentary $50 2 Vine Gift Certificate are also redeemable at theatre Will Call tables.

      

There will be a special passholders line at each venue. Please note:  Passes are non-transferable and do not guarantee seating. An allotment of seats are reserved at every screening for passholders; these seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. As many festival films sell out (including Opening and Gala Night), passholders are encouraged to come early.

 

General Festival Policies and Information

• NO REFUNDS.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Programs are subject to change without notice.

•Ticket holders who arrive late are seated ONLY at the discretion of the Festival’s theatre representatives based on seat availability (standing in the aisles or at the back of the theatre is prohibited) and accessibility without disturbing the other festival-goers.

• No entry will be permitted 10 minutes after the scheduled start of any screening.

•All film-goers must leave the theatre between screenings.

•Cameras and recording devices are NOT PERMITTED in the Festival theatres.

• Please turn off all pagers and cell phones upon entering any Festival theatre.

• All Festival screening venues are wheelchair accessible—with the exception of restrooms in Little Theatre 1.
